thanks!

ours has a center pin that kinda locates the hole.... was that the same style before you bought the chuck? the one we have uses special bits that are flat faced like an end mill, yet they have a hole down the center

Alex, that's a slugger bit. Or at least that's what we used to call them at the maintenance company.

they work nice but sometimes they wont drill enough because they dont cut in that center section (at least on thick steel)

made drilling through the double rails on the 359 a hassle

I bet that's a big swing on that rotisserie. Looking good.

Alex, we use those bits specifically to drill all our big truck frames. You just got to pull them back out after each layer and let it eject the chip.

seems like when you drill a thick piece it gums up the needle and is too much to push out....

way easier than sweatin and swearing at a regular drill tho...

sorry to hyjack

I'm lazy lol
http://ramchargercentral.com/diesel-tal ... ns-hauler/

While needing more wire for the tail light (92 diesel wasn't long enough.)
and wanting to keep the 1973 apperance, used a 73 tail panel,
need 7' , so, unpluged the haress, at the kick panel
still got more trimming and fitting to do and make a middle panel to join them together.
