jd 410 engine stuck

The motor on my 410 diesel is stuck, should i pull the head or pull the injectors and pour something into the cylinders and let it soak? I believe it's a jd motor.
93 w250 6 speed 4" exhaust, caution, work truck, she's no beauty. building 1 ton dually 4x4, dana 80, 48rh, 205 Scratch the one ton, bought frt. dually 4x4 98 12 valve with the tiny rear doors. rides so much better than the 93.

I'd soak it. Dad had used trans fluid at one time.

Yep! It's a Deere diesel. :)

Pull fuel injection nozzles and put Coke or Pepsi down the holes for overnight. The citric acid in it will break the rings loose.

Works for getting aluminum wheels off too.

Are there any special tools needed or do the injects come out fairly easy?

As long as there isn't too much carbon on the tips, they don't come out too bad, usually.

Spray some PB Blaster on them, and hopefully some of it will wick its way down along the bodies. May need to twist them back and forth and work them out.
