My buddy had a schied lightning 1000 (s300g), schied 150s, and quad with 4k unlock? made 414 HP 900tq, much more of he had a better turbo. He put on a HX52 with a 16 cm housing and while it spooled slower, it was more linear power and had much more to end. Smoke went from thick and black to thinner and greyish black.

Thanks for all the good info. Got the car sold, should have enough money from that to get a lift pump, programmer , and exhaust. If it ain't enough, I got a couple nitro Rc cars I could probably sell pretty quick. And I just got a core set of injectors for $6. Hopefuly they are in good enough shape to have them flow honed, or to put a set of nozzles in. I also got a set of tinted door windows for $20. It would be nice if 1st gen windows were as easy to get out as the 2nd gens.

not yet. im gonna call ATS here in a few and make sure it got there. knowing the kind of drivers my old job hired (which is who i had ship it because i got a 76% discount on shipping), the truck probably rolled over and caught fire.

Why didn't you just go out and buy a 6.0 powerstroke and get it over with? Have you ever seen a psychologist for these self-destructive feelings?

I get to drive and work on 6.0's every day at work, you couldn't pay me to own one of them. Although, we they happen to run right, they do run good. But when do they ever run right.

got back from a work trip. drove a total of 650 miles. got about 20 to 21 mpg with the new injectors and the box set on level 1 most of the time. put it on higher settings every now and then to play. that was mostly all highway, lots of changing speeds (55 to70 back to 55 back to 70 ect) due to dumb drivers who cant maintain a constant speed, got stuck in 25 mph traffic for a few hours. very happy. was expecting alot less.
