do you guy's know any spec on the HE351 (non VGT) i cant find out a hole lot on it. also would you guy's know what HP rating its good to on the common rail (03-07 5.9L) thanks

A lot of 2nd Gen people think its a good upgrade compared to their HX35. Btw, it is the HE351CW that you want.

The HE351CW is smaller than what you have now. IIRC, it is a 60/60/9.

I'm getting the parts together to do a HE351Ve conversion for the '99. Bigger turbo and the engine brake operation all in one. The controller is the last thing I need to get, outside of the parts to hook up the coolant lines. Have everything else.
