Welder parts?

Postby dazedandconfused » Sat Feb 11, 2012 9:53 am

Does anyone know where to get parts for a Matco WFW12179 Mig welder? I have one I've never used because it needs a few pieces. It needs the little Peace that holds the wire feed to the unit. I may need a new torch/lead. It's a little unit that was used for exhaust and body repair.

in this pic it's a little plastic cover that holds everything in place.

One of the problems with Matco and Snap-on welders is they use specific to the tool brand parts. At least with Snap-on I know this for sure. I'll show this thread to my boss at work Monday morning. I work for a welding supply company.

Sorry I forgot about this. Boss said today, MATCO only. Better just sell it and get something you can buy parts for, Hobart, Miller or Lincoln.
