WTF guys you all don't even have an opinion
I could at least have Mr Pete come in with a wise crack!

I'm gonna build on out of a bottle jack anyhow, ran across an old link off of a google search, looked simple enough to do. Half way done with it after about 2hrs of part scrounging in a bucket of fittings I have. I'll post up some pics and do alittle how to when I'm done.

OK butthead, here's my opinion. Did you do a search? somebody on here posted a link to that same unit a while back, I don't know what the outcome was. I do remember they were nervous about buying some POS from India. :P

I read BC's post and remembered it before this, thank you very much :P

I was kinda interested in his thoughts of the tool after he's used it a few times,well.....if he's used it any. Doesn't matter now anyhow as I've already disrupted and mangled up a bottle jack
Image

Welded on a reducer where the ram used to run thru the top
Image
Then welded up the safety feature
Image
Then made me a stand pipe with a tank
Image
And bought a 25$ gauge
Image
So I good to go so far,I've tried it out to see if it makes pressure and found lots of pin holes in my welds. Had to disassemble to fix that and I need to find a line to use to connect the injector

Oops.

The one I got works just fine. The stick in the mud then was coming across an assortment of shims to adjust the pop-pressures as needed. I got very lucky and had someone from CompD send me an assortment. When I was complete, I had to send the assortment back.

I dicked with mine enough that they ended up within 5 bar of one another (IIRC). One or two took three or four adjustments, the other, eight or ten times.

[quote="BC847"].

I have since lernt, we can use KTM motorcycle toaster shims just as well. We want the 8.9mm ones. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=ktm+shim+kit (You're welcome)

Well......this is turning out to be wrong

Those 8.9mm shims are way to big,51$ lesson learned

Reckon washers will work out?

For future reference
