Another good one is Michigan Turbo. That's where I got mine after I got the truck. ( back when I thought I knew about turbos) ;)

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

Don't know if this really adds anything to the thread, but just did an HTT Turbo upgrade. I swapped compressor housing and compressor impeller. The new impeller [dang work of art] had two little sorta half moon places machined out of it, right side by side on the outside rim. It was balanced from the factory. Don't know if all Holset replacement impellers are balanced but seems likely to me, just to lower their corporate liability?

im pretty sure that you only get seals and bushing for a rebiuld kit unless you also order the implelers

speaking of impellers, does anybidy know what a good impeller upgrade for a ht60 would be

thanks

i heard the 130mm unit makes a lot of boost

if the impeller is machined to be neutrally balanced before rebuild i guess it would still be after the rebuild...

H1C Rebuild manual

Postby wollfgang » Fri Feb 15, 2008 10:52 pm

wondering if anyone has been able to download the service data sheet that has the torque rating for end nuts and such for this turbo at the holset site. I get the rest of the manual but that part is missing.

thanks,
