Man, I don't know how you could run the same turbo setup for 8 years. I've had my compounds running 6 months, and I already want new turbos

The Roo Hunter: 93 w250, lifted, 2 whistle machines, and a bunch of other go fast goodies, uhh..... not there yet
Jaeger: 12 ram 3500. Lifted, exhausted, and fed an excessive quantity of air
The Huntress: 02 Jetta TDI. No muffler, egr, horsepower

I've run that HT3B for eight years. It was originally paired with a well seasoned HX35 Hybrid. Then went to a 62/65 S300 four or five or so years ago.

Are you still running 2 teeth advanced BC?
1992 W250, 5 speed, 4.10, Ext. cab Ext. bed, 12.5k winch, 75 gal. fuel tank

H1C/18

Fuel: THD 6x10 VCO sticks, THD 12 psi piston pump, THD fuel pin, 366 spring, fuel screw 2 turns in, timing to the head/ >1/4”
Muffler delete

Minimum 60% WMO full time since Sep. 2018

Dripping. Bottom, driver's side where the core runs into the end-tank. I'd be a bold-faced liar if I said I've changed the antifreeze in the last couple/three years.

Ahh that's crumby. Mine just has an insulating layer of calcium or whatever, so it runs warm all the time. Sat leaking coolant from the lowest water pipe connection for the two and a half years while it didn't run, so it does have some new coolant.

What do you think you'll do to fix it?

It appears the radiator was sitting heavy such that where those lower two mounts, that long plate they sit on of the radiator itself, is pushed up. The lowest driver's side core coolant passage is bent up and where it connects to the end-tank leaks.

So, does anyone have any information regarding the internal runner diameter of the various T3 12V exhaust manifolds? In the VE fueled world, enormous is not always better.
