I have a buddy in Frankfort who dynos diesels. Most of the ones in Lexington aren't diesel friendly if they smoke. I think there is a dynojet in the Cold Springs area, that might be your closest one.

JQ, I reread your initial post and my response. I don't think I made my point. For $1000 you should be able to get an S300 62/71 turbo for about $800, the Powerstoke intercooler for $100 to $150 (Banks sells their takeouts on Ebay for $130 Buy It Now), and the unpolished CoolerTubz for $135. Puts you very close to your $1000 price point and there are a couple advantages over anything in a tank. 1) It's always there, you don't have to refill anything. 2) You can always add drugs later. 3) You are supporting the 1st Gen community directly by buying the IC tubes from TWorline, one of our members. 4) You are showing your readers that there are alternatives to just buying whatever Bank$ or AT$ or the other shops, who've let success go to their heads and prices, tells them to buy. My $.03 (cause my opinion is worth more  ).

Oh yeah, this is pretty much where I am headed with my truck as soon as I have the money. I picked up the 3200 rpm gov spring this week (hopefully going in this weekend). A piston pump fuel supply, a set of New Era 435 injectors, and some more tweaking here and there with other stuff and I should hopefully be close to 400 hp.

Small world, I live in Florence. Modular Depot over in cold springs is the closest diesel freindly dyno. What does your truck look like, probably seen it around.
