Need help fineding inter-cooler

Just found 1stGen site and need you help.

I have a 73 1 ton Ford Box Van (old police swat van). The engine was tired so am replacing it with a 91 Cummings inter-cooled engine. The engine fit is good. Now the question. The inter-cooler is too big and can't be put in. So were could I fine a smaller air to air or air to water inter-cooler. I believe that a air to water would be better. But can fine one.
