1/2" fuel lines

ok i got my new airdog with an-8 lines and fittings but the 90* -8 swivelx1/2" line ok my question is that 90* wont fit the adapter for the 1/2" lines cause of the fuel pump gets in the way of the nut! any one have the same dang problem and found a way to fix it?thanks guys a lot
