Pump question

Came across a pump that was "supposedly" rebuilt not too long ago. Anyone tell me anytyhing by looking at these numbers... anything else I should be looking at? TIA! 0 460 426 046: VE R 173-1: 390 4980: 011544 76113
'93 W250CC, 5 speed, 3.54's, pump tweaks, NV4500 conversion, straight piped, 33's. Also, have '03 3500 QC 4WD dually, 551HP/ 1008 TQ @ MATS '07
