BHAF setup

Postby rwatford » Tue Jun 16, 2009 3:48 pm

I've been looking at the sticky for the BHAF setup and have a question. Looks like it's designed for a turbo with a 4" inlet. I have the stock turbo so how do I hook it up to the 4" plumbing?

The non i/c trucks had the baby H1C with the 3 inch intake tube. You could just get a 3 to 4 inch adapter.

I bought a 3"-4" Furnco adapter and it was way too big. Looks like the intake is more like 2.5" or less.

A 3 inch furnco is for a 3 inch id pipe. The outside diameter of a 3 inch schedule 40 pipe is maybe 3.5.

I should know that! I work in a fab shop and we deal with Schedule 40 aluminum pipe all the time.
