Well i blew yet another fuel solenoid
Cleaned it all up, and then left the plunger out figuring on using the manual shut off
In order to put a cable pin on it i removed the lever carefully - or so I thought so as not to disturb the clocking
Fired it up and it would not shut off
So removed the lever again and its obvius that the fuel shutoff"pin" can rotate quite a bit more than what it is contained at with the lever arms
I can turn the lever all the way in one direction and it will shutoff perfectly, but seems to restrict fuel flow when rotated to the "on" position.
And when in what seems to be the best fuel flow position moved all the way the other direction it wont shut off
How does one go about resetting the lever for proper fuel control and shutoff
I tired to tell how it was set by carefully dissassenbling a spare pump on the bench but that was a futile exercise
There must be a "proceedure" ???????
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please
