CoolerTubz Product/Price List

Here is an update on the CoolerTubz that I manufacture for the different models of Dodge trucks as well as the prices for them excluding shipping. All CoolerTubz are made in the USA out of polished 3" 16ga. 409 Stainless Steel that is welded inside and out to a 3/8" laser cut 304 Stainless Steel air horn plate. All tubes have beads rolled on the ends to keep your boots from blowing off and all of that boost that you paid so much to produce contained. These CoolerTubz are thick enough to drill and tap for injectables to enhance your performance level. If you would like the unpolished versions subtract $30.00 for any of the 1st. Gen. and $20.00 for the 2nd. – 3rd. Gen sets. I also have complete installation packages in Blue, Red or Black Silicone for the 1st. Gen CoolerTubz that contains all of the new clamps, silicone reducers and gaskets you need to install them on your 1st. Gen. truck. Please ask about availability.

89 - 91.5 CoolerTubz FlashEdition for those changing over a non I/C truck to 2nd. Gen I/C......$165.00

91.5 - 93 1st. Gen CoolerTubz fits all with a stock I/C. This is a 3 piece set that converts the stock 2 1/2" tubing to all 3" and removes 45 degrees of angle from the left side.....$185.00 Complete Kit…..$255.00

91.5 - 93 1st. Gen CoolerTubz PsEdition fits trucks with the f**d ps I/C retrofit. These CoolerTubz feature extra length for placing the intercooler in front of the A/C condenser and the I/C ends expanded to 3.25" to accept the f**d CAC hoses. ......$195.00

91.5 - 93 1st. Gen CoolerTubz HydroBoostEdition for those installing the 2nd. Gen Hydroboost brake system on the 1st. Gen trucks......$185.00 Complete Kit…..$255.00

91.5 - 93 1st. Gen CoolerTubz ToasterDeleteEdition for those living in the warmer areas, they do away with the toaster unit all together so there is no restriction from the grid heaters….$185.00 Complete Kit…..$255.00

I also make 2 different left side 45 degree tubes to retrofit both of the stock 2nd. Gen air horns to our 1st. Gen trucks. .......$35.00 (To install the 12 valve airhorn on a 1st. Gen truck the bat wing must be removed or modified)

All CoolerTubz for the following have a gasket, bolts and a T-bolt clamp necessary for a complete installation.

94 -98 2nd. Gen CoolerTubz Complete kit for the 12 valve engine.......$155.00

98.5 - 2002 2nd. Gen CoolerTubz Complete kit for the 24 valve engine.......$155.00

2003 - 2007 3rd. Gen CoolerTubz Complete kit ......$155.00

It is a good idea to use a high quality metal polish on your new CoolerTubz once every month or so. The best I have found is California Purple Metal Polish.

You are not going to see over 100degrees EGT improvement from Coolertubz alone. Mine went in with a Powerstroke intercooler at the same time as well, and it gave me an average of 50-100 degrees EGT reduction. I think you'd be lucky to notice any EGT reduction at all just adding the tubz. At that rate it's a bling mod because you are doing basically nothing to increase the bottleneck or heat transfer factors in the airflow path.
