this morn i started the process of 5" turbo back to Duals straight out the back. down pipe is almost done and kinda figured it out to get around the transfer case and cross member with out beating the pipe. hopefully a video will be posted soon :D
1993 Dodge W250 Reg cab. Auto, .010" headgasket, A1 Studs. Just the Lil Ole VE pump Fuelin 7x.014's turnin the Aurora 3000 turbo. 5" Turbo back to Duals. :cbadge:

Where did you buy your tubing at.
93 D250 ,5 speed,4.11s,k&n autometer tach pyro trans boost guages,GDS 60mm h1c 14cm,honed 5x10,hplp/reg,1/8 timing,M+H M2 fuel pin, tims cooler tubz

one of my buddies works at a local truck salvage yard so i got all used stuff that was basically take off for bigger for free
1993 Dodge W250 Reg cab. Auto, .010" headgasket, A1 Studs. Just the Lil Ole VE pump Fuelin 7x.014's turnin the Aurora 3000 turbo. 5" Turbo back to Duals. :cbadge:

:D lucky u. I want to do mine out the sides with 3" w/ 4" tips. Sihts high.

I'm not sure if you literally meant "straight out the back" or not, but I believe your tailgate will get sooty if that's the case. I know on RC and Blazers. you have to have the pipes out the sides or the exhaust end up coming in the back window. :?

Mmmmm 5" duals look sexy on a black truck! Lol well I have the rear half done and the front half.
Meaning I have 5" to the back of the cab,
And the duals them self and the diverter box in, now just put in the 4' section inbetween!

Oh Btw 5" exiting right behind the cab angleing up with no bed sounds amazing.
found out my rear bumper is 1/4" C channel with 3/8" plate welded in to the back side of it, hard time cutting you say? Well my Miller 2050 says other wise! Lol two perfect circles in about 2 minutes, every time I use it I fall in love even more
