Any comments on grid heater delete? Will a after marker heater delete work (fbd,banks,ats,etc.) or could i gut mine. I am doing cooler tubz next pay day so i willbe soing something with my heater?
93 D250- pump maxed, 3800 spring, hx35, denny T pump top, 7x.015 injectors, timing+, Coolertubz, raptor 150, boost nipple, 4" DP to 6" aussie stacks, built tranny, asa intake, DNR tps, more HP mods, isspro boost, fuel pressure, egt, tranny temp, 5k tach, chrome and powder coating here & there.

I had one of the elements burn out few years back I gutted mine hasn't had any problems
1991.5 ..getrag super40. 40,horse injectors,4"to 6" exhaust , bhaf 2nd gen intake,custom pin timed to the head ..1/4 14.9@93mph 5,500' with a little propane

Pretty sure you can get the Tubz for with or without the heater. Ask Tim when you call to order, he'll hook you up right.

My comment would be your engine starts better and wears less if you leave the grid heater on. It also is not really a restriction anyways. I can't even measure a .1psi drop across one on a 400hp 50psi truck. The stock intercooler and the airhorn are way more restrictive than the heater.
