I have learned and studied and read a lot. And I am a big supporter for Water-To-Ait intercoolers. Now I have seen these and never thought about it till I find it last night.

Was wondering if something like that could be setup on a system like this

Since my first gen is going in a 197f F250 4X4 and space is limited, I want to run a water air intercooler with Water/Meth injection so I plan on running the bottom kit cause your never spouse to shoot water meth before your intercooler. But would it be possible? Plus that pic may spike someones intrest who wants or needs it and its on ebay. Here's the link

I'm running an air to water, and unless you're working your truck extremely hard I haven't found the need for a reservoir that big. I'm using my washer fluid reservoir for my air to water, and even after about seven 1/4mile runs as hard as I could get it the water coming out of the return was still ice cold. I'm just using an AC condenser out of a Chevy 2500 with a 6.5 diesel.

I will mainly attribute that to the factory mechanical fan, since I had it pulled off and didn't have my electric fans hooked up and the water coming out of the return got hot within minutes of driving, even at a normal pace.

It would have been awesome to find one of the factory-style ones, but I just didn't have that luxury at the time. It would be just as easy to run one of those into my AC condenser, but they are made to be hooked straight into the existing coolant lines on your engine. (I don't know if they'll interfere with the factory trans cooler or not, since it uses coolant as well and there's only so many places it can get it from.)

If you get that aftercooler, you need the injector lines that go with it. They are bent to go around it, stock lines won't fit.
It doesn't matter which way you install it, and it will fit a P-Pump engine, with the correct injector lines.

Well I wasnt worried about the fitment of the lines, I know you can make them, I have made and bent hydraulic lines for industrial chop saws in the past I was just bring it up so people know they are out there and gave the link in case someone wanted it.

As much as I hate to say it, that thing is totally calling my name...

I think the only thing stopping me from seriously looking for one is the 3rdgen-style compressor housing on my turbo. I miss my simple intake piping from my baby H1c... :cry:


ALso, I have a spare water pump laying around that I never used. It's this exact pump, I just went with the Meziere one instead.

Let me know if you need it when you start your Water to Air, Cowboy. 8)

Sounds good, never know may have to con you with beer and pizza to help me when I get to the big upgrades. I wanna to compounds and hook up two boost gauges so I am all fancy like lol plus be nice to monitor my atmosphere turbo and my compressing turbo.

And that same pump? Hmmm I will keep that in mind lol deal you out of it fairly!

Yep, Levi may only weigh 125 lbs, but he can drink his weight in beer in about 4 hours. :shock:

I think all that drinking when he was younger may have stunted his growth. :P

I think the constant liquid diet has contributed to my perfect body, Hineman, but there was definitely some stunted brain development from all that drinking back in the day. :lol:
