alright i just got doing a little modding to the pump, (2 turns on screw) and for some reason i went from having 17 lbs of boost at 1100 F (1/2 turns of screw )before tinkering, to barely 15lbs of boost at 1050 F (maybe) (2 turns of screw) afterwards. and yes i turned the screw clockwise and thats all i did. can someone explain this?

Check the air line from the head to the afc, you might have broke it or left it loose while messing with the fuel screw.

If you broke or cracked the line, yes.
