killer muff

Postby DTanklage » Mon Nov 17, 2008 9:11 am

been doing a lot of muffler testing and i FINALlY found the sound and performance i have been looking for

straight pipes sound great for cruising around town with no load but loaded on a long haul they will defen you

dont even want to think about what a stack with no muff would be like cross country

seems like every muff out there works too well - can hardly hear the turbo or the motor

well, i finally found the perfect sound!

its a small muffler would work with stacks too but unfortunately i dont have a manuf or pn : (

best i can describe is about foot long 4" straight thru glass pack design with these little cup looking things inside of it

i noticed my truck drove different with it - least i think it did (compared to donaldson)

i should have took some pix of the inside of the stupid thing but didnt - sorry

dude charged me 75 bucks for it, thought it was a rip but am happy as can be now

Sounds like my Aeroturbine...only cheaper. If you can find the manufacturer that would be great.

Why out the left? Going for the old school Chevy look?
