Long story short I finally found and bought another 1st gen. A 93 reg cab 4x4 auto with a pump conversion nearly finished but it still has the old style rotary ip lift pump. Does the piston lift pump function corractely on ic ed cam? But he thinks they changed to a newer cam but wasnt sure so I thought id ask if it does function properely on a 93 cam.
Thanks guys and it feels good to be back.

besure you have the spacer that is required for the riston pump. i think its like a 1/4" thinkc then two gaskets and remove the block insulation a bit and your good to go!
