HE351 & HT3B

Postby CHEMMINS » Wed Dec 16, 2009 2:27 pm

Ok, so been doing a lot of searching....and I mean a lot, on different twin setups. How come no one has run the 351/3b combo? There is only 1 2nd gen I have found running the combo. Seems like a decent spooling combo with 9cm and 28cm housings.

One would think the reliability of oem turbos would be good as well as extremely cost effective (both turbos for less than $900).

Any thoughts to this? Potential problems?

I may have a very slightly used 351 (20,000km) and a new 3b avail to me, which I may use for current build. It would depend on your guys previous experiences and thoughts.

I think you should build them so there will be 2 people running the combo!!

Seems to me it should make a pretty good set!
