Pretty sure its 13 mm. I drilled mine out to 11/64, and sealed them with the old copper gaskets no prob. I had new gaskets on hand just in case. Drilling them any bigger weakens the bolt too much. Also the bleeder bolt on the fuel filter outlet banjo protrudes into the flow area, so I shortened it as well.
