ok so i am building a new exhaust system on my truck and looking to build a down pipe. i am going to buy some V band flanges off frozen boost or unless someone has another source. but i am questioning my self on the diameter of the v band on my truck. i have the aurora 3000 with the said "HX40" style pipe outlet. well i am too lazy to go pull the DP off and measure the actual diameter of it and so i am going to ask if anyone knows the actual size? i have two options i will post up. one is 4.09 outside diameter 3.5 inside. the other is 4.58 outside and 4.0 inside.

Just take a caliper to your existing pipe. Or a ruler for that matter; getting a good enough measurement to decide between either 3.5" pipe and 4" shouldn't be much more painful than checking your oil level I'd think.
