Not to be slamming Bill's ride, but big numbers on a dyno doesn't necessarily work out to big numbers on the track.

agreed 1000%.

reminds me of an old joke...

what does a 400hp supra, a 500hp supra, and a 600hp supra all have in common?

they all run 12s!

bills truck is not a sled puller nor a drag racer. but i think it would be easier to transform it into one of those than starting out with a stock truck looking for 500hp for pulling.

I cant tell which one is the model# but hear is the info off it.On the tag the top # is 23514523.The bottom # is FEM00544.

On the compressor it has AR.75 M-24 B.O.1

5" outlet.

Ya I think I am going to run a 47RH sence my brother already has a core and I have the plate for the engine, and I like that I can shift if needed.

Use lots of nitrous :D

I made 448 through a 727, single stage of juice, no timing, and a non-lockup converter. Little harder to do without spray, but I think with big injectors, twins or a big single, and water/meth (mostly meth) 500-550 could be done.

JQMile, while that would be the ticket, it wouldn't pass pulling tech. ;)

Ya I wish I could run all that stuff but the tech guys freaked out when I asked if I could run water/meth.Ok lets go a differant way.I will tell you guys what Im pulling against and see what you think.I pull agianst chipped, exhaust modded, small injectored(nothing bigger then 100HP) duramaxs and common rails.they do weaight there trucks 8000LBS.The sled is 45000 in our class. The toughest truck is a max dulley auto the biggest programer he could find and he is running a 100 plus injector.I know this guy,he has all the supporting mods for this feed pump, trans, axles, all that stuff. He averages 270ft pulls. With all you guys that pull do you think I can pull woth these guys with a 12mm pump.Thanks.

If anyone could help me figure out stillsmokins setup or at least close these trucks around here wouldnt know what too do.

Ask stillsmokins or pulltilbroke they have a very good setups.

A duramax can be close to 500 hp with EFI live, intake, exhaust, and a lift pump. But they are starting with 300-360hp stock.

Some where on here I seen someone say a 14mm h/r was $400 and would be good for an extra 100hp.

Andrew (pulltilbroke) is keeping up with his class with a 4k spring, injectors, turbo, and I believe an Airdog or FASS.
