Don't be surprised to see your WOT boost drop at least 10psi with the 188/220. It's that much more air through the engine.

At least, that's what I saw. 68psi down to 58psi (+/-). :)

So how can it drop that much just cus the engine isable to breathe more so it doesn't work harder?

The perhaps more optimal valve-timing allows just that much more air through the engine.

Remember, "Boost" is nothing more than a measure of resistance to air-flow through the engine. Nothing works harder perse.

Well I destroyed an I/c boot today.is there any thicker ply boots for a decent price?

300 cc is what most properly 12mm ve pumps can push............some can get upwards of 330 out of them.


I/c or non I/c? How does that turbo spool?

These are what I have on my twinned truck. They have seen 70 psi and never had any problems.

Yep, go that route........anything less won't hold.

Expensive, but worth it in the long run.

It lags a little but at 1700 rpms its pulls hard.and it hardly smokes.lower rpms it smokes bad but clears up.I'm hoping the cam will spool it faster.
