That does help. I was concerned because the thermocouples that I have, come from the Peterbilt dealer, and all of them (including my spares) are already put together and from the bottom of the fitting to the end of the probe was 2 1/2" so I didnt think that the manifold was deep enough to accept it. However, I carefully cut the compression sleeve off so now I can slide the probe up to where it needs to be. Thanks for everyones help.

Hey that 94 model turbo is most likely a WH1C with the 12cm2 housing it is a slight improvement over your current H1C cause it has a slightly larger compressor wheel and the smaller exhaust housing

I put a Super 40 on my 93 this year, and would do it again in a heartbeat. I too tow heavy, grossing upwards of 30,000#. I've got an old set of Bosch 185,s(bought when they were cheep), and the pump tweaked. About 2.5 turns of the fuel screw and little more timing and the star wheel down at the bottom. I'm not currently running the ground pin as before it was too hot with the stock charger. With 3.55's and current tune, the pyro does not get over 1300*. I have no water/meth at this time. I do have a second gen aftercooler that may find its way on the truck this winter. I'm also planning on some of Tim's Cooler tubs.

My truck will run down the road pulling a load with a new Ford or Dodge diesel. I did not read it anywere, are you auto or manual?

I would think not cause I hauled 20000lbs and my frame twisted through 1,2,and 3 gears and I would hit 25 lbs boost in first gear even with 4.10s and my EGTs were 950 post turbo temps and that is with what little bit of mods I have

Yea, I had to put it in low range to back up or to take off on a steep incline.
