366 spring.

How to make it go fast

I didnt pull the pump just to install the spring, I had a fuel leak between the pump and the hydraulic head so I went a head and did a seal kit at the same time I did the spring. If I would have known the anatomy of the pump I could easily have done the spring without pulling the pump but I had to seal it anyway.

Yup, leave it on unless you need to pull it for something else. You can pull the top 1st, and then back out the fuel screw on the bench. Easier that way.

Richie and coxxva, you guys are killin' me!
Bring the kitty, I'll put a spring in that too. Coxxva, you bring the beer! :D

Sounds like a long hung over ride home to me  Does sound fun though. Getting ready to do the spring upgrade anyway.

I haven't done it myself yet, but I just found this and I think it will help anyone else out there that is going to try it.

When you're ready, let me know. I'll go for a ride if you want a hand. Be better if the snow is gone so I can drive mine. ;)

Must be nice to live near someone that has a clue. Im up here all by myself. I went to dyno weekend last year and there was a canadian 1st gen and a guy from the Maine side of the Canadian border. He is moving out of state so most likely I will be all alone there next year. I was the only first gen at Diesel weekend at the drags.
