Right before I took it apart for welding. I also have the support brackets for the S400 now being made. All I have left is the drain tubes to fabricate. The 4" rubber boot has to be cut back about 2.5" so its not so long.

The only thing I would have suggested was to make the cold charge tube that runs from the big charger to the little charger smaller such as 3.5 or 3 inch simply to help spool up cause it makes for less volume needing to be pressurized to beging building boost. But excellent job Very clean cut and nicely done. 8)
90 W250 4x4 5spd pump Ve cranked wide open, BHAF, HX35 with all 2.5" intake piping, and 4" straight piped
92 W250 4x4 5spd P-pumped B1B over B2 are on and now slippy clutch

I agree 100% and that may still happen for when I race the truck. For going to shows and street driving I am going to use the 4". Here is the hanger some were asking about.

It's good to see more and more 1st genners going to twins. My comment concerns the s400 support. Do you have a lower support/mount as well? I'd be worried about breaking an ear off the cylinder head with all the weight of the hotpipe and s400 hanging off the head.

Hot pipe , exhaust pipe and the brace support it. I have put all 200# + of my weight on it trying to bend or break it. Its been Lance tested.
