The DV holders are longer on a N/IC pump and I believe the internal oriface is slightly larger as well.
Does anyone know if the camplate has a different profile between the two?
KSB is an abbreviation of a German work I cannot pronounce, It is your cold start timing advance. Some industrial pumps dont have a KSB.
The reason pump builders won't tell you anything is because they want to get paid. I probably speak for most peaple hear but most of us have learned the same way you are, by reading and tearing stuff apart, except for Richie who is to afraid to even attempt a governor spring install
Cool, Thanks pulltilbroke, i just googled it and my nissan pump hasnt got that so i dont need to worry about that!!
The thing is i dont mind paying some one if its a reasonable price, its just they charge stupid stupid amounts of money for doing this sort of stuff because they think they are gods and the mods they do will only ever be known to them, it just makes me a bit more determined to do it and to succeed with it!!
PLus when i mentioned to some mates what i was doing they reckon it cant be done so now ill do what ever i can to prove em wrong!!

If i cant track down a pump from here and i go the ebay route there are a few on there listed for 6bt's did all your pumps have the 12mm h/r or were any different so i dont buy the wrong one
cheers sean
