All headers will rot out wrapped or not wrapping them will make them rot faster but it will also keep under hood temps downs help spool faster etc so it all depends on what you are after. Stainless will work harden and crack eventually but being .120 wall thats almost an 1/8" thick so I wouldnt worry about it for years.
