Hmm.. knock on wood, my stocker is still holding steady with loctite only and all the a1000 will put out, 60-70psi :D . I think it has more to do with when the pump needs the pressure/volume. Hard to beat the boost referenced regulator.

well 36 minuts and the pump was completly off, the out side of the seal stayed in the pump the center riped out, im chacning it to a thicker product, and im putting the snap ring in

can you put a 205 pump head into a 114 pump

acualy its kind of pointless because a 114 pump is bigger then a 205 pump

the saft that goes in and out of the pump head, that has six groves on it are deeper by about 40% and that center hole also is bigger, plus my truck smokes more, so i know its getting more fuel

Hey more props to you, but why dont you try and max what we allready have? I think it it pretty tried and true dont you? My pickup is in the shop right now, because the trust fund has matured (Bill) J/K hopefully they will find out what is wrong with it. Its been a little while since I have been on a dyno, but last time I was 622hp and I still had some more to play with. The luc ceremetalic clutch didnt like it, but it never has. I currently have 248,000 miles on it and its still running just fine.

R&D sure is fun isnt it?

Not much I kind of fell off the face of the earth for a little while. Well actually the last time that I was on the dyno I set it for 450hp on #2 and then I make up the rest with drugs 600+, but its still a real hoot to drive and I know there is more I just haven’t had time to play with it. The real reason its in the shop right now is it had a leaking wheel cylinder and since it is down there I am going to have them chase down a fuel problem that I have been fighting for a couple of years now. I never could find it so hopefully they can.

This seal sounds pretty interesting keep up the good work. I might just have to get one if I decide to build up another pump. Any insurance is better than none right?
