Yea your setup spools exactly like mine did too but you make the one cooler pipe smaller to 3 or 3.5in. it will make world of difference. I also noticed your not running a wastegate exactly why did you go that route just wondering. Just my opinion you would run a tighter exhaust housing on the small charger like a 12cm2 so you get quicker spool up and run an external wastegate on manifold like a tial 48mm so it would then take all the load off of small charger and send it all to the big charger after initial spoolup. just my two cents ;-)

I am going to be taking some readings first with the current setup. Drive pressure, cold pipe pressure and decide what I need to do. I agree a waste gated housing may be in order. However the small turbo is a custom turbo from DDP. It has a pretty big exhaust housing on it and the wheel has been clipped to allow more flow.

I will get some readings and let you all know what the outcome is.

I would do this set-up all over again it was very easy IMO. Look at my first post thats when I started to todays date finished. I did it for around 1K not including the S300.

S400 turbo $495.00
Flanges $180.00
Tubing $240.00
Oil drains $50.00
Oil supply $40.00
Gaskets $40.00

Ok I got ya. But honestly I wouldn't go with a wastgated housing i would do a nonwastegated 12cm housing and do an external gate that dump pressure into the hot pipe cause in doing it that way it takes almost a full load off of small charger and most on big charger and also doing it that way if you think your big charger lights hard now set it up like I explain and really hang on 8). I'm only sayin this all from experience from mine plus mine is p-pump setup i'm sure yours act much different. But I know once you get them dialed up best to your setup it will be right. ;-)

April 24th 1ST run down the track don't you know!!!

I will make a couple hard runs for sure.. I have to add my fuel tank bowl still and run my electric fuel pump direct to the pump still..

Fuel bowl that mounts to the bottom of the tank.

Here is a run down the freeway. The truck tops out real fast now. These pulls are done in overdrive WOT.

I put another 1/2 turn on my fuel pump. If I go any more I am going to have to change my indexing on the throttle shaft so I can idle it down.

In these runs I let out at 95MPH each time...lol Pretty sure I am over 100MPH cause I have tires 2 sizes larger

enjoy.

At 3:27 I was at 57PSI and 1,100EGT

Gonna need a bigger boost gauge! Use the 60psi gauge for the primary boost output.
