Not saying I can do it right away, but I think it could be useful. I have 3 items which I would like to install before the dyno, if you have another suggestion as to install or not install the items please say so. These mods include:

New injectors, 7x.010 158*
S200 turbo 60/60/14, pretty sweet little bugger, alos have a 58mm ett wheel I'm trying to use for another charger
a518 trans with a fresh rebuild and a good converter

Sounds like a fun setup. I have access to tons of s200's at my local medium duty truck junkyard. But have always passed them over due to them being on CAT's and scared to even price one  . I can just imagine what they'd want considering it's on a CAT. They have lots of good parts on them though. T3 turbine housings, and sometimes vband compressor covers.

I cut roughly 2 coils off, if you include the one needed to make the hook, which is all it needed to be the same length as my 366 spring. Max rpm under load is oddly about the same, maybe a 200rpm increase on the top end (80mph+), but the way it gets to that rpm is whats nice about it. Much more responsive, much faster rpm rise, and what seems to be more fuel throughout.

You may have summed up the spring debate right there. HP wise there might not be any gain or loss, but throttle response and 'rev-gain' , at least in your case, could be much better. I don't think it's just you though. Because that is what I've gathered from those running a stiffer/longer/clipped spring. My thing has always been search for HP and I lost power going from the 366 to a clipped 374 spring. But I do remember it feeling like it had more power due to the driving characteristics. So I always say, put it on a dyno and report back ;) .

As far as mult-quote's, it's just a little more copy/paste work 8) ..

If you could get me a buildable platform for my extra 58mm wheel and 60mm turbine combo I would be forever thankful!
I must say though, unless I turned my fuel screw that much further ( which I dont think I did, as it set it a turn from runaway as before, and the jamb nut remained in roughly the same location), the 354 spring made more power. A 200* rise in egt's and the ability to boil the hogs at a faster roll shows me two things. 1) More fuel is available 2) The same amount of fuel is available but is being made available much sooner. I feel it is not the latter of the two. My test runs were done at night, I'll go raise a lil hell in the light today and report back. Focker out

Some pretty good info on a lot of operating systems, along with pumps. The ISBN # is all you need, google will find it.

Thanks a lot! 8)
