How is your top held on? I never saw a good shot of it off in the other pics.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

Boost I've only seen about 45 psi, which is about the same as before but it's making a lot more power, it does need the bigger sticks to spool them harder. Egts are around 1000 in like a 0-80 run......not bad for no ic.

Roof sits in a channel and just has 4 latches that catch under the channel. When I get fuel it's easier to pop the top off and climb in to fill the tanks. I did that one day then hopped on the freeway.....got up to about 70 mph and whoosh, before I knew what was happening the roof flew off, almost said screw it and kept driving, it's gotta be trash. But I pulled over picked it up, not hardly a smudge on the thing!!!, it's built like an interior door, probably weighs 10 lbs or less.....guess it just floated down. Now I always make sure I latch it down

What air filter are you running? I was just looking for one for mine and can't find siht. I'm limited on space, unlike you! Yours looks like it may fit, how long is it? I don't want an oiled filter, prefer a dry type.

It's an AFE filter, I just happened to have 2 for my powerstroke, when I got the turbo I slid it on and was like holy sh@t something easy and I didn't have to buy one. They do make the same one dry for the filter set up, I looked in to it a while back but the trucks turbo isn't dusted at all after about 5 years. It's 8" long.

New injectors vs old. And my lug nut welded to a slide hammer worked awesome yanking the old ones out, they have never been out in 22 years.

Also had to extend my exhaust a few inches (tryin to hold off cancer) and had enough header wrap to cover the weld.

Had to tune it a bit in the garage, but got hungry so that's where it sits, gonna drive and tune it more after lunch

Yup pegged my 60 psi boost gauge....whoops, probably not great on the stock valve springs. With stock injectors it would only push 40-45ish, so it's got more go. Didn't get a chance to watch the pyro...wot usually requires a passenger to watch, it's pretty violent and quick. I really think it needs higher gearing.....but ill deal with what I got.

On a side note with all this talk about thinner washers for the injectors, I noticed the 7-9mm adapters are the same thickness as the stock washers. Anybody make thin adapters?........hungry diesel....could be the first??? Corner the market on the 8 of us non ic guys!

Umm I think a little when it was cold but went away, I did give it some more timing after I drove it so that could change things.
