injector ID?

Anybody know what #3802365-PX is? That number came off the data plate on the side of the timing case of my 89. My dad's 89 has a different number. 3904522. Thanks!
89 non-I/C W-250, flatbed. 4" turbo back. Ground fuel pin, AFC tuning.

I believe 3904522 is an exhaust manifold but there is an injector part number 3909522. 3802365 was an updated part that replaced 3909522, I believe both are 4 hole injectors.
