I guess an airdog or fass could be considered a remote fuel system. As long as you have at least 8 psi at the inlet, no matter which lift pump you use, it will be sufficent for a 12 mm VE. More than 20 psi and you're playin chance with your front seal. Some put their KSB on a switch to increase internal pressure and get more power.
