if it is a early 91 thats about right with my little factory turbo 27 is the highest i ever got and that was with my ddp4's and i could run the pyro up to 1400 really fast thatsa where an upgraded turbo and water/meth come into play
92 w250, NV4500, D80, maxed pump, AFC gone, extended fuel screw, more to come.
