60lb valve springs

Postby m880cummins » Mon Jan 02, 2012 6:25 pm

Can someone provide me with a thickness of the spring coils and/or the number of coils of a 60lb valve spring? I want to ID my truck to see if it has them or not. The ones on there look pretty beefy.

Thanks

Charlie

Stock/OEM (left), Cummins 60# (right)

The 60# spring is Beehive shaped.

The 60lbers are pretty big, they take up almost all the room provided between the valve and the valve cover.
