I drilled both banjo bolts out of 3/16.... didn't notice a difference... is it because I never turned up my full power screw yet?

Possibly.

Do you still have your stock lift pump? That may be a contributor as well, though ported banjos should help bandaid a stock LP to support a little more before being worthless.

I've done this mod to 3 trucks. 1st one I noticed quite a difference (not sure if stock LP even worked) 2nd one, D250 in my sig, I couldn't tell if it helped or not. It's got two electric pumps that make 4psi combined on a good day, at idle. 3rd time it was on a truck that had 14 psi fuel pressure, and since I did every free mod at the same time, I really couldn't say whether it helped or not. When I get a good pump and FP gauge on the W250, I am gonna do this mod and see if it makes any difference. Btw, did you cut the step off the bleed screw? It sticks in far enough to partially cover one of the ports.

I did cut the step off the bleed screw on mine. I used to only get fuel to 2500RPMs then it would clear instantly and boost would level out but after this I had fuel up to 3000 +/- rpms...

I ground the bleed screw all the way down.... maybe its just making my auto slip more and can't tell a differance ?

It could be that. With stick shift, the direct engagement to the wheels puts way more load on the engine. It is noticeable if you get that AFC moving with more than stock boost (20PSI and up) you need that fuel and the black smoke will tell you. If you get 35lbs of boost with black smoke still hazing you're tuned well.

The bleed screw is the bolt i ground that screws into the banjo bolt.

I drilled out my banjo bolts.... and took out high idle screw and ground off till linkage didn't hit fuel line... what rpm should my truck fuel too now?

Depends if you have the turbo to use it all! Probably about 3000RPM with the high speed screw removed.

Explain to me what drilling out the banjo bolts do.... I thought I would see a better gain.... maybe BC I haven't turned up full power screw yet... I thought doing high idle delete would fuel to 2900rpm.... so I drilled out banjos BC you said you gained another 700 rpm of full fuel so I thought I'd be fueling to 3600???? I'm confused
