How can you match the injector size to how much hp they give/support?
Thanks, cory.

You take the hole size, divide it in half, then multiply it by itself. Then you multiply that by 3.1416, then multiply that times the number of holes in the injector tip.

The number you get is representative of the total area of opening in a given injector tip.
Bear in mind that as you go up in the number of holes, the flow is less to an injector tip with less holes but with the same area because of the increased molecular friction in the boundary layer.

What all that means is the actual flow numbers don't necessarily correlate with the hole area. There is probably a complicated formula that would accurately predict this flow variation, but that's fluid dynamics, above my current pay grade!

i'm someday gona get it where you get in and turn the key.

Intercooled has 6 holes, Non IC'd 4, PODS 4. PODS and the NON-IC are very close to being the same.

I always here pods getting a bad rep, so techically if they are close to the same, if us non intercooled guys got a set of good injectors with the correct spray angle they would be cleaner and more powerfull?

Hey guys, anyone have any length information on nozzles? Measure them up and post them.

POD have the lock down nut that is not removable from the body (without taking off the metal ring around the injector) They are not the correct spray and are 4x.015

66mm is thirsty, as soon as the parts pile is complete (just need fuel fittings and line) it's all going in. From stock to rock in a week or so

I should add that it's basically a pull truck in the early stages so not worried about a trailer or street manners too much

Respectfully, straight-up sales ads need to go in our Member Endeavors forum board.

Thanks, BC.
