I was working on my dual feed... so i haven't installed the 14mm head yet. And I just blew up the test subject so it may be a while. If i can scrape up enough money to buy this pump stand I'll do some fuel delivery numbers and those dont lie

Sorry about the test mule, hope all goes well. Can't wait to hear about the results!
93 Reg cab LE 4x4 518AT, 145k and counting, pump turned up,Internal pump mods, Denny T stage 2, non IC DV's, timing bumped up, BD 40hp injectors,BHAF and me-built mandrel bent CAI,4" turbo back, Holley lift pump, new white with gold paint job, recieving more mods to tow the Duster and push this stupid WI snow.

Anyone figure out a part number on those delivery valves???
91.5 W250 5spd, Kenny Smith Dual Disc, 100hp injectors, pump tweaked, 3200 spring, hx35
89 D250 pump tweaked.

Bringing this one back up . . .

Those with the NON-ICed DVs, have you noticed that the plunger-thingys have a retraction piston, where as the ICed plungers do not?

I wonder about swapping the ICed (Full-Cut) plungers into the NON-ICed cases. . . . .. :?:

I'm also interested in trying these. Would Bosch have replacement dv's for those vw pumps that I could get and have modified like what you did and run those? And would they relieve some of the internal pressure of the pump and make life easier on a 14mm h/r?

I got some vw valves out if a 1.6 at the junk yard I want to known did you use the vw spring or the first gen spring at the DV
