Well the valves made about 20 rwhp difference..... BUT the tach pickup was going haywire so no accurate torque numbers. We ended up running hp only. And then the printer was acting up so I'll have to pick up the printouts later, then you all can see them. Must have been the wet dripping trucks ...The hp number was low as I expected with this dyno only 340 uncorrected :( talking to one guy there he said on his 600hp truck it was 150 hp off from 2 other dynos he's been on :/ so thats like 25% off so that makes mine 425hp  plus we were in a not so well ventilated shop with 2 bullet heaters and it was humid and it was so smokey that I've been blowing black buggers out for the last 6hours, but those are my numbers if I really want better ones I will run somewhere else. So with all excuses aside the best number was 410 uncorrected with a little of my own special blend of water meth additive .

That's about a 5% gain in hp with the del. valves.

However, this doesn't show what it does for the curve....

I'll let you know the specifics when I get the printout....never looked at the grafts too close because I had to get home as soon as I was done. But the operator said the power was pretty flat and fueled past 4000rpm. I was running the truck

Don't mean to hi-jack but what's with the "stock Ford fuel pump" ?

I get the feeling it's something from a Ford med-duty. Is it better then the Airtechs or just what you had laying around. ??

Come on give it up - nosy people want to know !!!

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Don't some FI gas fuel pumps put out 40 psi?

Fuel pressure is regulated to 20psi

Check out these pictures of delivery valves the top one is i/c and bottom is non the bushing is the only difference between the two but it has a smaller hole the hole is however the same size as the injection lines. So this may be the reason some people have said the non i/c d/vs are bigger http://s568.beta.photobucket.com/user/8 ... sort=3&o=1 Image

The only difference between non ic and ic DVs is the actual holder. They are longer which holds more fuel than the shorter than the ic ones(As you can see in the pic). Correct me it i'm wrong.

Back to the delivery valves, did anyone find a part number for them?? I am interested in trying them out on my 12mm pump 8)
