I've got a new set of nozzles sitting by the computer.....waiting to be flowed and installed.

So the turbo came today...........it's a 23 cm divided housing (apparently people are just dumb sometimes)

1994 Chevy K3500 12V/NV4500 Full rebuild with mahle non I/C pistons, 370s (set @ 250 bar), HX35/HT3B, custom cam, studs and orings. Yep, it's a VE Still in progress
Nope......It measures 71/?78-80ish?/23 divided. Thing will spool at like probably 1500 rpms, but I think I'm gonna run into major over boosting issues.

Yep, matched with an he351cw... should be a block splitter. Might make 1500#ft/tq and 400hp though.

Well, if you're interested in experimenting at making scrap metal, I could probably provide an HE351cw to help accomplish the feat. I really need to get onto rebuilding a few of those and some VEs.
It shouldn't be too bad....... I'll just have to make my power where the ve wants you to...... I KNOW I KNOW, what a weird concept that most people don't like to do.
I don't drag race, so high rpm doesn't help me as much. I want my power in my DD power band (1500-2500rpms). This might be a little on the tight end being a divided housing, but if it is and I'm over boosting I can swap housings later.

That's good to know.... I don't see many of the 23 housings? Do you know if yours is a divided housing as well? What rpms is your set up fully lit ?

I don't remember if it is divided or not. I have no tach, so I don't know exactly when it lights up either. It clears up the 6 x 14's nice up top though, but the VE also flows less fuel the higher you go, so...
