Where to get stock injectors honed?

Postby quickie70 » Sat Mar 16, 2013 7:32 am

where do you guys get your stock injectors honed or rebuilt with new tips? I've got some DDP stage 1's in my truck now, and they need tons of timing to clean up which makes me think they're marine spray angle (boo), but they're pretty hush on the specifics of these sticks. I still have my stockers sitting in the DDP box and think if I can build a nice set of correct angle injectors that are slightly bigger than these DDP's, I'll be better off. Any suggestions for who to rebuild/hone or what tips to have installed? I can still do the H1C/E hybrid to keep it cool if need be, and will be adding water/meth as well. Remaining mods are in the sig. Any help?

You can get them done through me as well.

However, our injector nozzles wear out passed about 150,000 miles. Once one has more than that they are usually better off replacing their injectors or nozzles. The pintle starts showing a lot of wear and won't seal right.

You can also get nozzles or whole injectors through me....either bosch or aftermarket.

FWIW, if you set him to "foe" in your control panel he can't see your posts and you don't have to see his. I've used it a couple times. :D

I did search, and got back to about June of 2010 with no real consensus, just a lot of opinions and bickering like here. I appreciate someone trying to push the previous posts of a forum with the search function, but what I was looking for was more like the info that RCCummins provided to me, and not a bash like from revemup... I'll be in touch Mr. RCCummins. I appreciate your willingness to help.

to the op RC has done a set for me,I received them yesterday. The man will help you out if given the chance, dont let BS stop you from dealing with him. Also DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK A QUESTION.....NO MATTER HOW MANY FREAKIN TIMES IT'S BEEN ASKED peopl here don't really care. There's a couple of things about this site that is painfully obvious
1 while most are very helpfull, some can be douche bags......those are best ignored
2 the search function sucks, you have got to use the google seach mostly or just ask...schit,I'll answer up ;)
Do not let this be an example of our forum to you.....it is not how it is

Folks, I apologize that you've had to sort through a bunch of useless/abusive posts from another. I've cleaned up this thread and hope this sort of thing does not occur again.
