okay got talking to some guys at the dyno to day and they said that a resonably good set of twins for 500 to 700 hp would be and hx35 on top and and htb3 on the bottom, what you guys think

maybe and hx40 and and htb3. the 35 just doesnt move enough air for that kinda power. a really good combo for those power levels is a s300 and s400 combo.

as long as you get the right ex housings on the 40 and ht3b they will work great just stay away from the 35. i think the piers street twin setup is a 40 and a ht3b and they r good for around 600hp

i love it for now but when i do the 14mm and some larger injectors i am goin twins. i went with it because its an s300 64-71 and i can buy them all day long at my local heavy engine core place for 300 350 bucks. it keeps the egt cool enough that i dont have to use the water unless i am towing cuz i am still non ic.

I'm running a PDR modified HX-35 on top with a HT3B on the bottom. The 35 has a wastegated 12 housing. Wastegate is set at 28 psi. With a big set of sticks, I buried my 60 psi boost gauge. With a set of DDP stage three injectors I was running about 56 psi. The 3B turns on at about 18-20 psi boost.

Right now I have my old set of 185 injectors installed and have turned things down for trailer towing. Still have about 46 psi of boost even with these small injectors.

mine is from a 300 hp f550 but the 350hp rv turbo is the same somewhere in late 04 the went to a variable geometry turbo and that wont work unless you are one awesome computer and wiring person
I got my turbo at the local heavy duty engine core place. The cat guys are like the cummins parts guy no number no part i think if your goin to work at a place like that maybe you should first know what a c-7 or a 3126 cat is lol
