How to make it go fast

Doesnt PDR's towing twins incorporate their modded HX35/14 for the top turbo, leaving the 40/16 for the street/ racing crowd? I think the 35 flows more air at lower RPM than the 40. thus helping out the towing crowd.

He did find a rare s300. s300's are like hx35's if you know anything about 35's, there is a TON of variations, wheel/housing combinations etc. Some work well with a 250hp 3116 or 300hp 3126, c7,c8 Cat, some not so well with a Dodge truck. You might find one with everything you need except it has some odd ball compressor housing/wheel etc. I have come across at least 20 s300's at my local junkyards, but never one like he has, the good one, for the most part.

Just as 171702 is the prefered s400 part number, I would like to find out what the part number for a s300 64/71 .80ar v-band charge outlet is.... Ford, does yours still have a serial number/part number tag? Mine is from HTT and has one of their tags, not the Cat or Schwitzer tag.

Here in the next few weeks I will begin my twin build. I will use a 66/65 .80ar s300 and a 2.9/3.4 1.32ar s400. Just gotta go buy a welder lol.

i have the tag somewhere i took it off the i had the housing polished. the guy with a brain at my local cat dealership said that all the 300 03 to early 04 c-7 had the 64 71 combo and the 3126 is like a 62 71 if its gated and a 62 66 if its not never checked on that though. cumminsking i will try to keep ya posted if the get more in i am lookin for one for don also but the place i go through said it may be a few weeks before they get any non marine c-7s in

if your talkin reman you can get an s300 like mine for the price of a hx40 but most heavy engine core places have good hx40s layin around everywhere i was just at the place i get my stuff from today and they probably had 35 of them you just gotta know what to look for if ya buy used. usually the my core place puts a turbo in the rebuild bin even if it looks and feels like a new one.

my s300 is off of a 300hp c-7 and it is a 64-71 and works great with the little amount of fule i am pushin. If you are wantin to run a hx40 then one with a 16cm wastegated housing would be ideal but are hard to find. I do see alot of non gated 16 and 18 housing ones at my local core place and those would work fine depending on amount of fuel and head gasket situation

thats what i am doin just for fun. i am goin to start with my s300 and an s400 combo but i am hopin with the higher lift cam plate and the larger injector lines and the huge injectors along with the severly ported head with larger valves heavier springs a maxspool cam and 14mm studs that i might be able to spool up an aurora 5k and an s510. that is the start of my all motor plan but the i also have a 6 nozzle port nitrous system in the works and my w/m. think it should make some power?
