I can get you some, I wouldn't know the price on them til morning though. They come with the order when I have my edm work done or extrude hone work done..... so therefore never had to worry about it yet.

But me aside, Cummins has them, or any Bosch dealer can get them..... I'd have to track down the p/n though, we all know how bosch dealers are without p/n

Back in the day, I would get my diff. sizes from my local Cummins Dealer.

Now people need to keep in mind that thinner washers are not better unless one needs them. If you are getting it in the bowl an then use a thinner washer it has the same affect (kind of) of like narrowing the spray pattern, which is not good for power production.

I got mine from work. (Case dealer) I just pawed thru the Vidmar and saw some that looked thin. I measured them and they were .020's. I couldn't believe we actually had some.

These injectors have a higher pop pressure right??? I may be wrong here but doesn't that delay them firing causing the timing to be retarded a bit? If so I think thinner washers would help and easier then skipping a tooth to get a little more advance. I might sound crazy here but it sounds like it needs more timing.....me and my highly trained ears

Washer thickness has absolutely no bearing on timing. It only changes the relation of the spray.

the higher pop pressure isn't going to affect it that much, they were set at 260 bar but that didn't throw my timing off but more than bout 2 degrees. I actually had to retard my timing 8 degrees when I ran those injectors, but that was mainly because they were the wrong angle for me. You need more timing because well, they are quite a bit larger than your other injectors and they are going to require more......

You could take out a ksb shim, or add an adj. timing spacer if you didn't want to skip it a tooth...... we could pull them and re pop them a little lower also if you wanted.

WOW......you would come, pull them out and re pop them!!!!!! Talk about good customer service!!!!!!!!!

But really is there a stock Ksb shim that I can pull out? If so it would advance timing sooner in the rpm range? I'm thinking it needs more or less timing at idle (sounds off, idles a little lopey). More timing in upper rpms will always be good but I could get the spacer.

Did you turn your idle up after you installed them? Is it lopey just at idle? Meaning if you bring it up at all it goes away?

Are you going to dyno this thing or what?

Ya know.............there is a dyno on Sep. 7 (or 8) in Fortuna...........I would love to see that thing on the rollers.

It's at Brad Ponci's shop. It's a all weekend event/BBQ. Lots of fun, the wife and I went last year, and now its my dedicated one vaction a year. Saturday drag racing/BBQ. Sunday dyno. It's in fortuna CA right near eureka. We will be there again this year, only thing is my truck will be left home as it is not quite finished.

That's probably a 10-12 hour drive....sounds fun but that drive does not. I would like to dyno this thing but need an aftermarket converter ....motor revs up quick then it gradually catchs up
speed. Iim sure I'm losin a fewer ponies......few hundreds
