Mine is actually a 3.5" that I custom made out of exhaust bends. I actually made my own flange when I had the he351ve as a single turbo, it was good enough for exhaust but would have leaked trying to spool another turbo. Get the source flange, if u can weld and have basic fab tools I bet you can make whatever down pipe u have fit.
1930 Model A, 91 non i/c, he351ve over ht3b, bagged all around, mostly built 47rh, 72 lpm sticks, 600hp/1400 ft lbs (cummins math), just needs traction
