Ok, I spent some time this spring and made a little up grade. First I did this,

Then I made this,

And this,

And installed them,

Then I put on this big spinney thinger,

Then I ran the exhaust pipe back and around, I ended up using 2-90* and a 45* bend, less bends is less restrictions. ;) I then fabbed up the pressure pipe, with a boot from Silicone Intakes.com,

Then an AFE filter from Summit, some wiring and plumbing adjustments for my air compressor and overflow bottle, and we're ready to go!

Not enough fuel. I have done no tuning yet, and not quite sure how. With the valet switch off, not even noticeable. With it on, when it winds up, it suddenly hits and seems to get right with it. Only getting about 35psi of boost at the intake, not sure what I have from the big turbo. I need to get the gauge mounted so it's not rolling around on the floor, it's hard to read! I haven't looked at EGT's when I'm on it, cruising I can't compare because it was only 50* out. I need to drive it more and watch it so I have more info.

looking at your low pressure turbo brace, it kinda of is built like the first one I built. Mine was solid and it felt like I could stand on it with no problems. However with mine in drive it had this slight vibration that looked like it couldnt be good on the bearings. Not sure if yours is an auto but if not find a way to put load on it with the hood up and see if you got the shakes!

Did you run a ball hone or something of the like through the piping after you welded it?? Friend of mine didn't and had to replace his secondary compressor wheel.

Is it loud with an open filter like that? I have compounds in my near future but don't want alot of excessive noise, i am comparing to my 351cw with stock intake setup and 2" holes drilled in the filter box.
